左腳痛點復原狀況似乎和之前沒兩樣,跑步時,痠疼感依然如影隨形。好不容易習慣了它,稍微可以催點速,卻被烈日高溫打敗,好光景才維持沒幾圈便失速,最後還放棄原訂跑15K的計畫。
台中馬,腳傷、高溫、精神狀況以及跑量不足,將影響本次跑馬成績...話又說回來,以現階段來說,能跑,尤其能完賽,就該偷笑了。不是嗎?
