休息了一天,剛起跑時右大腿卻反常的出現了漲痛的訊號,只好放慢速度並改變跑法,以避免刺激到該部位的肌肉,到了學校之後,情況似已有緩和,和以往一樣沒看錶,跑就對了,但5km之後體力似有不支,勉力撐完8km......然後10km,終於結束了,回到家一看,回程居然只花了9' 20",整體的成績也是新快。
