雖然休息了一天,但氣溫不低,所以根本不敢想加速,連進5分速都十分困難,掙扎了5圈後才勉強達到目標,穿了兩個月厚底鞋,今日第一天換穿薄底鞋,一開始沒什麼感覺,但15圈之後還是感覺落地後的反彈比較沒那麼順暢,完跑就好,目前唯一想望。
