哇!沒想到我竟然可以獨自跑那麼遠,破紀錄囉!!我覺得我還蠻能享受孤獨的,跑那麼久,就自己一個人。孤單一人跑步會無聊嗎?其實不會,我覺得大部分的時間都還挺忙的,因為要注意呼吸、要注意自己的腳步、姿勢,時時提醒自己把腰挺直,還要注意何時該喝水、該補充食物,腦中也在計畫著開學後要安排的各種事情,啊~好忙啊!
今天可以跑這個距離我真是太開心了(^.^)總算可以大聲的說:我有認真練習,我沒有愧對這個寒假!
