今天練LSD,從一開始跑就要自己降速.
第一次跑到這種距離,也是第一次在自家社區繞這麼多圈,每一圈約1K,都會喝水,在20K的時候有吃掉一包果凍補給,可能因為每一圈都會停下來喝口水再跑,所以30圈都沒有還到撞牆,但是,腳真的很累,步也愈來愈小,42K實在是好遠,可能無法完賽吧~~我想,更甭說5小時內完賽的美夢了.
下週挑戰29K日月潭,可能還是會衝吧,看看尾速能不能持續,因為不論是開始跑快或是跑慢,尾速總是給人想放棄的痛苦感,既然如此,前面快一點還可以留給後面慢慢用~~是這樣嗎?爬文的結果是前面衝後面一定爆!!唉~~就算前面不衝,後面也快不起來...
