今天睡到自然醒
讓身體順了之後,在出門跑步
昨天的重訓初體驗或多或少有影響今天的LSD
最後幾公里依舊有抽筋感
雖然跑得不快, 但是幾次的經驗下來,
都能儘量避免真的抽筋,
只是有點沮喪,三十公里都練了好多次,甚至上上周還跑了一次全馬
這個距離的練習還是讓我感到相當吃力
今天比較特別的是,當我到便利店買豆漿的時候
小腿的細胞彷彿在沸騰
這是以前沒有的經驗
所以,姑且說今天的實力還是有被重訓拖累吧
