台中Chief Lunger  「2025神岡馬拉松」
由於我個人上半年賽季已完畢,今年神岡馬就充當陪跑員完成太座的第四馬;今天賽前我就說要全程見證歐利為自己寫下紀錄的光榮時刻~雖然整個賽程被擋了4、5個紅燈浪費了不少時間,但歐利還是充份發揮平日的訓練,最終358首度破四也大破PB完賽,榮獲女子全馬組總排第13名、女乙分組第2名😎 賽後評分: 舉辦超過10屆的在地公益賽事活動,會場整體還算不錯85分。其他扣15分的缺點:寄物區禮堂動線同一個進出口無法有效疏散人群;全程賽道路口太多,運氣不佳的話至少等超過5個紅燈,浪費不少成績時間。 給 4 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~144 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 144~162 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 162~168 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 168~178 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 178~183 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為183 點此去設定最大心率 |
