流不出汗的症狀又復發了,跑完全馬竟然手腳都沒出汗,真的有可能會熱衰竭,身體本能就關機,跑不下去,原本想說走完5小時完賽即可,後來想到之前的方法,直接放冰塊在頭頂,就能降溫稍微可以跑,撐到下一個補給站再補冰塊,沒想到最後一個補給站沒冰塊只有冰水,只好猛澆水,但撐不到終點。 賽後評分: 補給,交管,路線都很棒。 給 4 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
