昨天爆冷所以不想跑步,想說氣象預報今天會轉暖,所以今天再跑,但兒子要去練機車,在士林的機車考照練習場,所以騎車載他去,他練車我去跑步。
因為從士林出發,所以里程減少不少,因此過大直橋後繼續前進,跑到松山彩虹橋再折返,但今天還是好冷,又逆風跑,所以很辛苦,回程順風比較好跑
