雖然腳上還帶著傷,屁股的筋也還緊緊的,但是就忍不住在下班後換上裝備往外跑,揹上水袋準備了半袋的水,2根能量棒、一包能量果膠,八顆BCAA就這樣出門想來場長途抗戰,沒想到傷勢的狀況出乎自己的預期,一起跑就有感覺到臀部肌肉的疼痛感跟左腳的痛,真的有點吃力,雖然痛還是想再試試看然後當LSD的課程來做,暫定就抓一隻半馬結束今天的課表,其實跑著跑著也還好,痛久了也就習慣了,只是沒有辦法撐太久,到馬場町公園之後貪心的又往前挺進了兩公里,回程後25公里應該可以順利完食,結果自己又加碼一公里收工,本來有打算晚上的團練還可以再跑個14公里的,後來還是選擇幫大家顧包包,這真的不要勉強,回家還省不了冰敷伸展的基本操吧,明天看看要不要再去針灸一下不然這樣痛下去也不是辦法啊。
