腰痛,食物中毒後,兩週沒跑,完全跟不上,北窩過後10k左膝外側itbs在痛勉強上太平山,上山後左髖關節及右腰骨在痛,忍者三點痛跑走回去,還好振局全程陪跑陪走,由衷感謝
