二月渣打馬後偷懶到現在的第一次跑遠,廢了一個月多果然速耐力都沒了,沒多久連5分速都守不了,回程肚子又不時的陣痛想上大號,跑快怕震動讓大便提早出來,跑慢怕忍不了那麼久,真是進退兩難,就算河濱有公廁或流動廁所,但是只有出發在永福橋邊的那一個有衛生紙呀!!!!!
