補眠不到四小時,考量本月大概剩不到兩天可跑,有機會就得跑跑,否則身體可能會生銹,體態則變的寬鬆...
跑20圈不到,我就開始覺得跑不下去了。太累了,跑又很慢很慢,倒不如讓身體好好休息一下。心裡儘管這麼想著,雙腳仍不放棄的繼續一圈一圈的跑著。「好吧,就15K。跑到,收操回家。」15K了,雙腳仍繼續跑著。「好吧,就半馬。跑到,收操回家。」21K了,還是繼續跑。「好吧,就剩7圈了,拼下去吧!」雙腳當然不懈怠的繼續跑著,儘管速度不快,他倆兄弟卻愈來愈有默契、跑的相當帶勁!一鼓作氣跑了42圈...多虧他們。儘管讓我累得半死,跑完卻很有成就感。克服身體精神上的疲憊,靠意志力撐完,不錯不錯。呵呵...
明天繼續,明天大概是本月最後一次跑步了,真可惜。
