12/6 在高雄旗山美濃
跟同事及冰友一起參加旗山美濃馬拉松,
一開始說好的4小時完賽?
為什麼一開跑就跟的好累丫!
都5:10內配速跑,
到9公里跑一次廁所就不見人影,
之後有努力跑又看到他們了,
只是22公里又跑一次廁所又不見人影,
我還是繼續努力,
慢慢一個一個都出現了,
先是順哥,大同,小蘇及老穗,
再來就是坤哥,然後小偉,
說一起跑都騙人的,
聽到鎗聲就是衝了,
其實沒關係我就順順跑完課表就好,
完成42公里。(第3代丫拖黃)
課表T14D7課表完成。
紀律跑者3-W21D5完成42公里。(5421第21週順利完成)
