五點從皇春賓館到鰲峰山自行車場前,先寄物再熱身一下就往起跑處移動,後來下了一些雨很快就停了。六點準時鳴槍起跑,前五公里一路上坡,天氣悶悶的,體能消耗很大,接下來馬上就是連續下坡,有把均速拉回來,十公里開始跑鄉間小路涼涼的風吹過來很舒服,30公里處只要跑,左腳四頭肌就會痛,第一次發生這種情形,後面只能用走的,4小時31分完成第29馬
