昨天晚上小兒很配合喔!十一點就睡著了,喝了330的奶奶就轉頭睡覺了,我也跟著睡覺,一覺到4:30鬧鐘響起,下星期就是冬令時間了5:30集合,又可以多睡30分鐘。
今天環潭5圈,最後跟著社團的石總幹事一起回來,因為只剩下我倆了,一路上無所不談,互相暢談跑步經驗,跑回來後兩人的感覺就只有一個字“爽”,早餐還吃一樣的豆漿+厚片花生。
