真的是好景不常啊!雖然昨日(11/13)恢復跑狀況不錯,可以有速度,也可以持久,心中所擔心的事情也只是在前幾圈時略微浮現,放慢速度、調整呼吸後就沒事了,心裡還滿開心的,只是,經過一夜折磨,我又被打回原形了,身體、精神一整個無力、虛弱...「今天還能跑嗎?」我不禁這麼問自己。晚上還得上班...
看來我得覺悟,夢只是夢,還是得跟現實妥協啊!
