昨天的賽事 幸好是短程的 熱爆了
新生高架橋的 起起浮浮 熱氣衝天
真是夠了
前 3k 都跑在5分內 我自己也不太相信
前 1k 想說 ⋯⋯⋯應該是錶壞掉了
第 2 k 好喘 ⋯⋯⋯ 結果 5分內
好⋯再試一試這節奏跑看看
第 3k 又 5分內
這時 臀部有點酸 氣有點接不上
這時已上高架橋了
在補給站 水喝足了 香蕉也吃了
自己覺的不能再衝了
因為前幾天⋯⋯⋯
被工作上的事⋯⋯氣到不行
煉跑時 竟然心臟 會絞痛ㄧ段時間
配合緩跑 慢慢吸氣 吐氣 才好ㄧ些
想說也好 這 3k 有留下難得的 記錄
夠了⋯⋯⋯不然心臟真的爆了
就要見 上帝了 要跑的路還很長 別衝了
果然每站補給 水喝一些 運動飲料喝一些
吃個香焦 配口餅乾 再跑
身體的電量還蠻足的
昨天的賽事 告訴我
以後
盡量
別站在
起跑線的第一排
會很可怕😯😯😯😯😯
