| 為了在長野馬拉松破PB,一起跑就用完賽335的速度跑,連路旁加油群眾都沒空感謝或擊掌,前半馬跑了146,覺得有機會破PB,但雨一直下,加上低溫風又很大,讓我失溫了,不但沒力跑步還好想睡覺,只好跑跑走走,從來沒這麼累過。
到了32KM跟奧運金牌高橋尚子擊掌後,日本最速女藝人西谷綾子追上來了,跟她打聲招呼,因上周台北PUMA螢光夜跑與昨日EXPO都有跟她合照,跟著他跑了一段後體力不濟只好放棄跟隨,到了36KM時345配速列車也追了上來,努力跟了2KM後還是放棄,最後跑了3:44:23沒破PB,失溫真的很可怕 賽後評分: 唯一不好的是天氣不好,又濕又冷讓我失溫 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
