這場讓我緊張到前一晚想躲起來!
沒繞過甜甜圈這麼久的時間 擔憂無法完成
吃了一天硬邦邦的甜甜圈
公私補很豐富ㄧ道道出菜
讓我不敢看太久怕進去會淪陷
目標未達標下修在下修!
本29圈想停腳看在跑半圈時間還夠又跑了半圈
剩5分鐘就用走滿12h停錶
就不會心裡少了什麼
踢到一枚分ㄧ盃+ㄧ件隱型背心
前50k維持在6-7分速內
後38掉速在7分半內
50-60撞牆期跑曬到想睡覺
進站大休一下補八寶粥咖啡繼續在繞圈
後面維持跑一圈補水拉筋小休
每10k補一包能量包 看到固體食物也吃不下
