今天15K左右,左膝就在抗議,可能上週鎮西堡疲累還沒復原(不過也沒跑多快),就開始降速,不過還是不舒服,逆風吹到身體很冷,所以就以完賽為目標。後來到27.5K水站後,吃了能量包戴上耳機聽音樂,反而步頻變穩,左膝也不那麼疼痛,速度有增快到6分速,最後平安順利完賽。去年10月底初馬後常常週週馬,平常日也不太有空練,反而疲倦感不斷,之後真的要選擇性報全馬賽事,週週馬對現在還練不夠的我,好累。
賽後評分: 大家跑渣打似乎就是以跑成績為目的,加上路跑協會的賽事補給就中規中矩,基本的都有,但天氣冷沒有熱食,記得兩年前初半馬跑完還有熱薑湯,另人比較印象深刻只有完賽獎牌設計不錯。
