元旦長課,本想由荃灣碼頭出發,但locker借滿了,只好的士入青衣主場,正擔心怎樣出荃灣時,幸好遇上Nonry和Lai,順利由青衣出大欖來回-30k,再入西北公園頭,入青衣球場,再加2圈-33k,目標完成,這次要多謝Nonry和Lai.
