這周周休假日大家都非常精實~昨天星期六有南部鄉民開環舊高雄市區45K團練~今天北部鄉民開環大台北65K團練~一個比一個精實~加上昨日我沒跟到南部團~所以今天自己又開了一團環舊高雄50K(路線:蓮池潭-天祥路-金獅湖-澄清湖(順時鐘)-鳳山溪自行車道-前鎮之星-夢時代-海洋之心-駁二-西臨港線自行車道-西子灣捷運站-愛河自行車道-美術館-桃子園-蓮池潭)~
一早五點半就到蓮池潭集合~今天總共6個人來參加~其中3個跑半馬~1個跑25K~前25K天氣非常涼爽~但過了之後變超炎熱~不過幸好有Rong Gen Liu幫忙配速~讓自己不至於速度掉太多~但到40K後他有事就先走了~所以只剩我一個人跑最後10K~沿途補給在25K和38K各進去一次~最後10K真的是越來越熱~到46K時受不了了就去買了一瓶啤酒解渴~喝完真是舒暢~把剩下4K順利完成~第一次完成環高雄路線~這條路線還不錯阿~推薦給大家
