今天天氣涼涼的又下雨,如果沒下太大應算不錯的跑步天氣,一開始照著手錶的配速,大約5分速上下,天氣的關係感覺比較沒那麼口渴,遇到水站只喝半杯水或運動飲料沒停留太久,今天跑起來感覺不那麼累,30K時看一下錶約2小時30幾分,以前30K大都2小時50分左右,想想若後段不要爆掉應可破PB,到了河邊那約36K已有感覺沒力了,再撐看看囉,最後跑進340以內,託天氣及賽道之賜,不小心真破PB^^
今天賽道管制的還算不錯,不過剛起跑不久,才幾K處就安排了一個折返點,而且沒感應點也沒信物,覺得.......,在隬陀那好像有些工廠有連結車大貨車的出入,小心點比較重要,其它算還不錯
