| 一場沒有跑過的國際賽事,只有不停的繞圈,一圈快650公尺,每繞過一圈,自己就看著螢幕說又少一圈了,就這樣一圈一圈的數,所以繞圈賽真的是自己最不喜歡跑的比賽,因為景色都是一樣的,而賽道唯一比較特別的景色,就是看著飛機從你的頭上近距離飛過去,在現場的感受,真的是蠻震撼的,最後跑完,過程雖然是很累,但跑完的成績是有進步的,而且把百K的Pb,再往前推進47分,這樣累是值得的...... 賽後評分: 缺點 : 賽道太壅擠了... 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
