跑了33馬還不知道要如何調整狀況,原以為少喝點啤酒就可以了,早點睡多休息就完全了。如果馬拉松如上所述那就不是馬拉松了,它永遠是不可探知的謎,也因為如此才會讓人著迷不可自拔,一直跑下去。
六點起跑,因為一些因素約5:40才上起跑線,這時已無容身之處了,只好站在圍欄外,等起跑時再進入。六點準時起跑,等過起跑線時已過了3'45",而自身狀況感覺並不是很好,跑得很吃力也有點喘,這時速度還沒超過5分速,就知道今天不是PB天了。但總是要儘量努力跑下去。
一直到3K時才稍微好跑一些,不必躱人而繞路,超過6000人以上同時起跑,又晚起跑要跑出一條血路真不簡單。
路線全程有些起伏,雖然不大但是在秒秒必爭的情下,也要費些力氣來征服小起伏,可能就是因為有多出力,才會造成最後幾K力不從心,第一個回程之前看似頗大的上坡,不過只有幾百米,就放力衝上去吧!52'40"和我原本想創PB的預估慢了40秒,還在控制中,但心知不妙東方紅日已現,下一趟將在太陽下奮戰了。
回程原本預估要跑51分,結果加快步伐有時也會變換更快的步頻,結果第二階段折回時51'20",連同第一回慢的40秒,總共慢了一分鐘,知道大勢已去,再來只能看多出幾分鐘了。
