| 感冒還沒好加上睡眠不足,起跑不久就有點無力感,抱著5小時內完賽就好的玩樂心態,面對這場賽事。
峽谷風光真的沒話說!超美的~但上上下下的坡還真的有些吃不消>.<
跑到半路時還在想~即然是折返路線,為什麼不算全馬剛好的距離就好呢?多那1.3K幹嘛……
等跑到折返點才知道~那是路的盡頭,斷橋的位置,算是景點之一 (心裡OS~不知對岸的居民要如何出來呀~)還特地再看了一次活動簡章,也是沒特別提到斷橋。(結果這斷橋意外成為我今天心裡的焦點)
跑到29K時,右小腳抽了一下,立馬再放慢一些速度,就怕真的抽起來了~下坡緩緩的跑,上坡就用走的,中間又兩次微抽,但一路回到39K的制高點也算OK,算了一下時間~想sub5看來是得認真跑一下了,慢慢的加速,一切都很OK……最後的2K~不行!要再加速才能Sub5……立馬開出去!! 就GG了@_@
(事後發現,大會那所謂的最後1K,超漫長的,就算不抽筋也會50x飲恨的!)
