| 本次大雪山林道馬,從5k開始上坡到21k折返,因居住地是平地,鮮少有機會練習跑山路,故一爬坡就跑的氣喘如牛,上氣不接下氣,很欽佩那些高手怎麼訓練的,跑山路卻如履平地般,真的很厲害,有上坡就有下坡,下坡考驗股四頭肌群,平時為了保護膝蓋常做靠牆深蹲,來強化股四頭肌,股四頭肌強壯膝蓋就不會受傷,所以下坡就讓它用滾的下坡,因為我相信我的股四頭肌夠強壯可以承受急速下坡,不過還是邊跑邊噴噴劑來麻痺右腳腳踝,現在煩惱鎮西堡100k要怎麼跑,如果腳沒有受傷還有一博機會完賽,現在就能跑多少算多少,大不了坐收容車。
(股四頭肌:1股直肌、2股外側肌、3股內側肌、4股中間肌,股四頭肌強壯則保護膝蓋髕骨、脛骨、股骨、外側半月板及前十字韌帶、後十字韌帶、外側副韌帶、內側副韌帶等不因跑步而受傷)
