起跑開始下大雨,一開始就鞋襪全濕,14公里後右腳前掌開始痛,一直到跑完都沒緩解,30公里開始左大腿四頭肌開始有抽筋前兆,還好都能撐到進補給站靠走路緩解...
夏天跑這樣還算滿意,但還是好累好辛苦。
