賽前1個月多沒有長距離,最長距離也只有15k...
起跑後一樣照原定計畫5分速開跑,想說看我能撐到多久,後面慢慢跑也好...跑完半程後,速度直直落,後半段就心想著慢慢跑,不要用走的,不過還是沒辦法的走了起來,後來幾乎跑不大動,也想說跑800m走200m,不過連800都跑不大完,後面真的走很大...只到最後1k才又開始慢慢慢的跑。
有練就有,沒練當然沒有...
這雙鞋子我就只有練跑穿過2次而已,加起來15k(訓鞋不夠...),後半程,越跑越覺得不適,怎麼越來越緊阿...只想趕快完賽脫掉= =
前半馬1h46min,後半馬快3h,到終點時忘記按錶啦...吃完東西才想到...賽後補了1碗豆干、鳥蛋+1碗貢丸湯,還有油飯不過我吃不大下就沒吃啦...
