[賽前練習]
從9月開始跑量逐步增加,其中開廣50K特別練習繞圈圈並未針對百k練習,10月有三場標馬外加一無名馬,跑量突破新高;11月的太魯閣跑爆後,特別利用這個契機在二週內強拉跑量,每日21K其中有6K山路,算是高強度的練習,過程腳底與膝蓋都曾不舒服,很擔心賽前受傷直接KO。
[過程]
其實一直不敢將百K的目標定的太明確,只是將10H內的期望放在心中,一方面怕給自己太大的壓力,另一方面對於練習也拿不太準,當然還有家庭要兼顧啦。
賽前氣象預報是雨天降雨率100%,特別放了件防雨薄外套,不過後來還是沒用上(
都濕透了),這場賽事約有128名參加百k,其他約300多名為50k組,起跑時陰天無雨還蠻舒服,不過一圈還沒跑完已經開始下起雨來,剛開始很多跑友聯絡感情以小集團聊天前進,第三圈(40K)開始已經各跑各的,達全馬距離檢查時間為3:43,約是PACE5:20配速,有些超前但也超速了XD。
50K~60K撞牆又肚子餓,雖然事前準備了5包POWERGEL(每20K吃一包),所以這段時間比較掙扎腳也酸痛,剩下的40K內心不斷與自己的對話,用"再一個10K"就接近終點來支撐,80K完成後腳已經不酸了,但感覺停下來補給時身體有些搖晃(體力透支?),手也因低溫取杯子時掉了幾次,最後一趟的20K決定不再看錶,就是努力的跑,每過了1K就更接近終點,在3K處特別謝謝志工們的辛苦,心中滿滿的感謝,自己即將完成比賽,眼前的終點已經越來越清楚,奮力舉起雙手通過終點線。
