今年度第二次團練就遇上今年第一波東北季風運氣真好,可是這波鋒面也帶來降雨有點麻煩,早上四點起床時還好只有毛毛雨,所以當然按照表定時間0440出發,0500集合.0518出發.
一路上的毛毛雨跑起來很舒服, 最後 2K 被熊大操爆, 媽呀好可怕....
話說今天也是 miCoach 3H30M 的練習, 但跑一半就不小心按到停止了 ><...
