| 每週都靠跑馬來撐跑量還真的累,終於有時間可以讓腳多休息了,昨天加今天的跑量真的腳傷的位置又痛起來,最後決定放了慢慢走,至少走還不會痛,順便拿噴噴起來給有需要的人噴,瞬間讓我也聽懂韓文跟日文,終於撐過29馬了剩下最後一場嘉義馬了,加油~
